Sanctum Garden Studios have recently completed this 3.6m x 2.4m contemporary garden studio which nestles into the already established garden perfectly.
Owners Lynn and Gerard had done extensive research before contacting Sanctum Garden Studios to discuss their ideas for their new studio. Before committing to placing an order they asked if they could view one of Sanctum’s previous builds.
Based in Cockermouth Lynn & Gerard traveled to Cumbria to view an existing Sanctum garden studio. As coincidence would have it they actually knew the owners of the show building, and had seen it in the past not knowing it was by Sanctum Garden Studios!
The visit made up their mind and they went on to order a studio from Sanctum’s Contemporary Range which features a cubed roof (clipped eaves detail), French doors with side lights on the front elevation and an extra window.
