Since its launch a few years ago, the QuadPod range by Sanctum Garden Studios has become one of the market's most popular small garden room ranges.
Sanctum Garden Studios recently added a new size option to the range. Called the QuadPod Super Micro, the new design is 1.8m wide by 1.8m deep (6ft x 6ft). At 3.24 square meters, it is the smallest garden studio we have seen.
The QuadPod Super Micro costs £9,995, including VAT.
Glazed door and full-height window make the space feel bigger
The QuadPod Super Micro studio features an outward-opening glazed door and a full-height window on one of the side elevations. This combination will ensure that the room is naturally light and will also make the space feel bigger than it is.
The door and window feature double glazing. This, mixed with the insulated structure, means you can comfortably use the QuadPod range all year round.
Cedar & grey cladding
The QuadPod mixes Cedar and grey finishes for a contemporary look. Western Red Cedar is used on the front wall and one of the side walls. The other elevations are finished in grey weatherboard cladding.
Anthracite Grey uPVC doors and windows are used, which look smart against the natural tones of the Cedar.
Complete with power points and lighting
The QuadPod Super Micro comes pre-wired with power sockets and lighting. There is an external junction box; your electrician can then complete the connection between this box and your house.
Ready to paint interior
The interior of the QuadPod range is ready for you to make your mark on. Sanctum Garden Studios fit the laminate flooring and skirting boards, but the walls are bare MDF.
Some people leave the MDF finish. Others choose to paint it. MDF takes paint easily.
Permitted Development Friendly
The QuadPod Super Micro is a Permitted Development-friendly garden studio. It is less than 2.5m high, offering maximum flexibility when positioning a garden building under the Permitted Development rules.
Quick installation
The QuadPod range comes with its own adjustable foundation system. This and the way the studio is pre-fabricated off-site allows the Sanctum team to install the QuadPod quickly. Typically within a day on-site.
