Why build one garden room when you could have three, each one catering to a different use. This is what a recent Hargreaves Garden Spaces customer decided to do, creating a garden gym, cinema room and secure storage room.
We have actually featured this project before, when it was two mirror-image buildings sitting side by side. The customer was so pleased with their two garden rooms that they decided to add another.
While essentially the same as the other two buildings, the third one features the French doors in the centre of the front wall. This subtle difference showcases the flexibility of the Hargreaves Garden Spaces range.
Hargreaves Garden Spaces are able to tailor the design and layout of each of their buildings to meet their customer's individual requirements.
No maintenance composite cladding
The three pods will need very little maintenance in the long term, to stay looking good. Durable uPVC doors and windows have been mixed with composite wood cladding. Composite wood is a mix of wood fibres and resins which create a strong board that will not rot. The boards are coloured during the manufacturing process and will maintain its new colour in the long term without the need for repainting.
Hargreaves Garden Spaces mix the uPVC doors and windows and composite wood cladding with an EPDM roof covering which has a maintenance-free lifespan of 25+ years. EPDM is a rubber membrane which is laid in one piece, so there are no joints that could cause leaks.
Light modern interior
Inside, each of the garden rooms has a wooden floor mixed with matchboard panelling on the walls and ceiling. The white matchboard bounces light around the room and has a stylish Shaker-style look.
