Swift designed and built this stunning 12m x 5m garden room. It has certainly made a massive impact on the entire family, including the dog!
The main garden room is a spacious 8m x 7.6m and is home to an inviting home bar and living area.
Sliding doors lead you out onto an additional 3.8m x 3.8m covered decking area with roof light, the ideal space for the hot-tub!
Tucked away neatly behind the hot-tub area is a shower WC with an outside access door.

- Building regulations inspected and certified Footing system
- Superior composite decking and complimentary cladding in dark grey
- Custom-made high-quality, powder coated doors and windows including 5-leaf bifold and 2 large, over-sized sliders, and three ventilation windows.
Integrated blinds to bifold doors. - Shower room/WC with an automatic electric fan, panel heater and direct access to the jacuzzi area.
- Brushed chrome sockets with USB points and switches throughout.
- Recessed, dimmable Collingwood internal and external downlights with extended warranty as standard.
- Air conditioning / climate control
- 1.2m x 1.2m fixed roof window in covered hot tub area
- Remote/App controlled system for lighting and climate control
- Custom made kitchen/bar area
- Cornice lighting throughout.
