Booths Garden Studios keep honing the design of their QC range of garden rooms, and have recently launched the QC6 model which is Building Regulation Compliant.
Buying a garden room which is Building Regulation Compliant is an important issue particularly if you are planning on siting the building within 1m of the boundaries of your garden, or if you ever plan to sleep in the building – even only occasionally. Buying a garden room that is Building Regulation Compliant can also safeguard you when you come to sell your house, as we discussed here.
As well as this, Booths have added a number of new features to the QC6:

- The QC6 has more steel used for the exterior, replacing some of the upvc. This has given the studio a sleeker, “more solid” engineered look with fewer fixings required.
- The studio base has been redesigned to be even stronger.
- There are also more colour choices with anthracite grey added as a window, wall and pillar choice.
- New shower room design
- A new roof light design which can be opened for ventilation and has a built in flyscreen and blind.[/unordered_list]
