This garden room project in East Maling showcases how a bespoke garden room company can tailor make a building for you. The Ark Design Build team have created a spacious indoor-outdoor entertainment space for their clients.
The garden room and pergola combined sit on a footprint of 16m x 4m. An outdoor kitchen was due to be fitted after the Ark team left the site.
The highly insulated garden room is designed for comfortable year-round use, but it will be a particularly great space during the summer when the owners can open the three sets of bi-fold doors to create a free-flowing indoor-outdoor space.
The pergola and slatted screens have been beautifully detailed, as we can see in these images.
