Booths Garden Studios have recently completed a Dad Pad, the owners affectionate name for their granny annexe building.
Booths customer John is recently widowed and his family didn’t want him to live alone. They did want him to be able to keep his own independence though. The solution was to build a one bedroom annexe in John’s daughters garden.
John’s daughter doesn’t have a huge garden but the Booths design team were able to design a 6370mm x 5100mm building that slots into the end of the garden.
Garden annexes like this must fully comply with Building Regulations and Booths QC7 range does as standard.
The annexe comprises of a double bedroom, shower room and general living room which incorporates a clever hidden kitchen unit.
