While the majority of garden room companies focus on just building the garden room itself, asking you to organise the groundworks, electrics and plumbing with another company, Garden Spaces offer a 'One Stop Shop' solution whereby they handle the whole of the build process for you.
With their 'One Stop Shop' service, Garden Spaces have the skills and experience to take on complex projects that many other garden room companies might shy away from.
This recent project showcases Garden Spaces' experience and technical capabilities. During the consultation and site survey stage, the Garden Spaces team identified that excessive groundwater in the area chosen for the garden room would be a significant issue.
Many of the garden room companies we feature would walk away from this type of issue, but Garden Spaces created a solution to remove and dispose of the significant amounts of surface and groundwater.
The Garden Spaces' system involved digging trenches and installing a full drainage system, including a water pump. As we can see from these images, this was a significant undertaking.
The quotation process covers all works
We have written before about Garden Spaces quotation system. The document that is produced is highly detailed and looks at every aspect of the project.
Having read many a quotation over the years, we know it is one of the most thorough garden room quotation systems, and customers can be assured that each element of the project has been considered.
As a result, you are not in for the surprise of hidden costs and can sit back and let the Garden Spaces team turn your vision for a new room into a reality.
From 3D imagery to stylish reality
Alongside the detailed quotation system, the Garden Spaces team also produce 3d imagery of what your garden room will look like. As you can see from these two images, the 3d visualisation clearly represents the finished building.
This garden room features several popular finishes and design features, a trademark of Garden Spaces aesthetic style.
The exterior of this contemporary design features beautiful, kiln-dried Canadian Western Red Cedar cladding. This is mixed with dark grey trims and steps finished with rot-proof composite decking leading up to two sets of sliding doors in a corner configuration.
Exterior grade LED downlights have been fitted in the canopy over the doors. They have been equipped with a PIR movement sensor, so they will switch on as you approach the garden room.
The interior has been finished to a high specification with a wooden floor and plastered and decorated walls and ceiling.
The owners will be able to control the electrics in their room via their Smartphones - one of the many options Garden Spaces offer to tailor the building to your needs.
The garden room is completed with a contemporary shower room; again, the Garden Spaces team handles all the connections and has the works signed off by Building Control.
Truly bespoke service
The term 'bespoke' is banded about a lot in the garden room industry. Some companies interpretation of the term is that they can change the position of a window for you. While for a company like Garden Spaces, bespoke means approaching each project on its own merits and doing everything possible to turn their customers vision into a reality, as this project proves.
