We love seeing how garden room owners use their new space. This garden bar created in one of Sanctum Garden Studios Hampton buildings has really caught our eye.
Often when we have explored garden room bars and entertainment spaces, they have been large, tailor-made projects with a high price tag. This great bar has been created in a modest-sized building of 3m x 2.4m.
The good news is, you don't need a big budget to create something similar in your own garden. The building is an example of the Hampton Grey Range by Sanctum Garden Studios. The Hampton comes in two sizes: 2.4m x 2.4m and 3m x 2.4m; this garden pub is the larger option.
Prices for the 3m x 2.4m Hampton start at £8,995, including VAT and installation.
As we can see, Sanctum's customers have built the studio as part of a wider entertainment space. The dark grey external finishes used on the Hampton mix well with the decking and hot tub.
Internally, the Hampton Range has a laminate floor and MDF walls and ceiling. As standard, the MDF is left bare for you to finish as you wish. The smooth surface of the MDF boards takes paint well, and you can really make your mark with the colour, as these owners have done.
The Hampton Range is pre-wired with lights and sockets, so you could add a fridge to keep your drinks chilled.
