The Key Studio mixes a clean design with a palette of quality materials and Smart Modular Buildings precision engineering.
The key feature of the design is that you can mix and match solid wall panels with floor to ceiling glazed panels in any combination you like. You may want the whole front elevation to be glazed or frame different views of your garden with a window.
This flexibility is possible thanks to Smart Modular Buildings TuSC construction system. This is unique in the market and has years of experience put into it. The TuSC system means that each module of the building is engineered so that it locks into the others, creating a very rigid structure.
As well as choosing the positioning of the glazing you also have the choice of the finish for the frame. You can choose from a dark grey finish or black. Both colours will contrast strikingly with the natural wood cladding which shows all the grain of the wood.
As with all Smart Modular Buildings you have choices on the colour of carpet used inside and if you want fitted furniture to maximise the space. You can also specify extra light and electrical sockets if the standard package is not sufficient.
Your Key Studio will be manufactured in Smart Modular Buildings hi-ech workshops and delivered to site for quick assembly – this can be 1-2 days for the smaller models or 2-3 days for the larger designs.
