These pods are ideal for home working as they are designed for comfortable year-round use while being compact spaces that don't take up much space in the garden.
AMC Garden Rooms have recently launched a new office pod range. As we can see from these images, it is a stylish design. We are particularly taken with the way the doors have been recessed on the front wall to create a porch detail. This is a feature commonly seen on larger garden room designs, but unique on compact office pods like this.
We also like how the AMC Garden Rooms team has detailed the door surround with colour-matched Anthracite Grey trims, this looks sharp mixed with the Larch cladding on the side walls.
Larch is a popular choice for the exterior of a garden office as it has a natural resistance to rot and fungal attack, and can be left untreated to weather to a silver-grey. So, you are not committing yourself to lots of maintenance. Larch is used on the side walls, while a low maintenance cement fibre board is used to clad the rear wall.
The office pod is constructed with SIPS panels. Structural Insulated Panels create a highly insulated envelope. Ensuring the room is a comfortable place to work all year round.
The SIPS panels have a white, easy to maintain Internal finish creating a light modern interior space. To complement the office building, AMC Garden Rooms offer fitted desk and storage solutions. These are designed to maximise the space available.
At 2724mm x 2524mm, AMC Garden Rooms' Office Pod is slightly bigger than similar small garden office designs. It is 2.5m high, so it can be installed under the Permitted Development rules.
