However, Rustic Realities isn't solely about aesthetics; they're also committed to eco-conscious designs. All the timber they utilise is FSC certified, ensuring it's sourced sustainably. Their traditional timber framework is insulated with Thermafleece Cosywool, a product created from UK sheep's wool, which boasts a significantly lower carbon footprint than synthetic insulations like mineral wool or rigid PIR. Plus, any timber offcuts from their projects power a biomass boiler.
From Childhood Passion to Unique Garden Rooms
Lee's journey with wood began when, at eight, his father gifted him a toolset. This kindled a passion for carpentry, leading him to study the craft at college. Today, his design and technical skills shine through in the bespoke timber-framed garden rooms he creates.
Lee personally guides clients through every phase of their project. He conducts the initial design consultation and leads the on-site team, overseeing each build stage—from the core timber framework to the final touches—ensuring customers are left with a garden room that's immediately usable.
On-site build times vary between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project.
