Sanctum Garden Studios offers four popular ranges, each providing a wealth of customisation options. In addition to these ranges, they also offer a bespoke design service. This is ideal for those with a unique design in mind or for those wanting to integrate a cloakroom, shower room, or kitchen.
This 6.5m x 3.5m studio, which includes both a shower room and kitchen, exemplifies the versatility of this bespoke service. Sanctum Garden Studios customer selected the Contemporary Cubed range as the foundation for their design. As the photo showcases, this range features sleek, contemporary lines, further enhanced by the vertical Western Red Cedar tongue & groove cladding.
A notable characteristic of the Contemporary Cubed range is its roofline, the walls run straight up to intersect with the roof creating the cubed profile of the building. For those keen on a roofline with an eaves detail, Sanctum Garden Studios also offers that option.
Creating Multiple Rooms by Dividing the Floorplan
Sanctum Garden Studios are able to add partition walls to divide the floorplan into multiple rooms. In this case, their clients wanted to incorporate a shower room into their building, so Sanctum Garden Studios built a partition wall with a door to create this. Running the depth of the building with the door in the middle, the shower room is a well-specified easy-to-use space.
An L-shaped kitchen has been positioned next to the shower room, focusing the plumbing at one end of the building.
While Sanctum Garden Studios doesn't handle the groundwork and plumbing for the kitchen and shower room within their services, they do liaise with clients' chosen plumbers, ensuring that pipework is discreetly incorporated within the structure.
