Timber Rooms’ clients in Weybridge have an elevated rear garden that sits just below the first-floor height of the house. It is accessed by a flight of steps that cut through the middle of the area. The left-hand side of the garden was terraced, which at first glance seemed to offer only a small area to build a garden room. However, the Timber Rooms team had the vision and skill to utilise the different levels to create a spacious, stylish space.

It provides the owners with a sitting room and office that are at the heart of the garden. This design has likely revolutionised how the owners use their garden. The split-level layout gives the interior a unique dimension, allowing for two defined uses that still work together as one cohesive space.
