Warwick Buildings, a long-established name in the garden room industry, offers several unique designs for customers looking to extend their living space with an outdoor room. One of our favourites amongst their portfolio of designs is the Curved Range - a charming alternative to the conventional flat roof, cubist designs on the market. Just like its siblings - The Traditional, The Contemporary, and The Elegance - the Curved Range is handcrafted by the Warwick Buildings team in their Warwickshire workshops and delivered to site for installation by their dedicated in-house team.
The Curved Range is defined by its gently curved roof, which peaks at 2.5 meters high, providing versatile positioning options within the Permitted Development rules. The design team at Warwick Buildings has brilliantly showcased the curved lines by creating a canopy and veranda detail along the front elevation, adding a unique, eye-catching detail.
When configuring your Curved garden room, you have the opportunity to decide on the veranda detail's configuration. You can place the supporting wall cheek on either the left or right-hand side, with the glazed corner on the opposite end.
Insulated for year-round use
All Warwick Buildings are multi-layer insulated timber frame structures. When ordering, you can choose between foil-faced rigid PIR insulation or Rockwool mats. Coupled with double glazing in the doors and windows, Warwick Buildings are designed for comfortable year-round use.
Cedar clad exterior
The Curved Range features an exterior clad in Western Red Cedar - a highly durable and long-lasting cladding option that naturally transforms from a rich, reddish-brown colouring to a mellow silvery grey with age. This natural weathering process doesn't compromise the cladding's durability but lends an appealing charm to the building's appearance over time.
The low-maintenance, double-glazed uPVC doors and windows come in an array of colours, allowing you to select one that complements the Cedar cladding and the overall design of your garden room.
As standard, the Curved Range features 1.5m wide French doors, two 600mm wide, elongated windows, and a casement window. The side windows form a unique corner glazing detail, while the casement window provides an easy option for ventilation.
You also have the option to swap the standard window configuration for other sizes and styles of windows, and even add additional windows into the other walls. The Warwick Buildings online configurator makes these adjustments easy to execute, and you immediately see the effect on design and the overall building cost with each selection you make.
Personalise your interior
To make your garden room uniquely yours, Warwick Buildings offers different interior finishes. You can choose their plywood option, which offers a smooth wall, or the tongue and groove panelling that adds depth and character to the room. Both finishes take paint well. Check out Warwick Buildings' Instagram to see furnished examples of their interiors.
The floor inside the Curved Range is a durable laminate, with a variety of finishes to choose from.
If you would like more control over the interior finishes, you can opt for the Curved Range as a weathertight shell building, without the insulation and internal lining. This hybrid approach is perfect if you would like to handle some of the work yourself.
Convenient finance options
Warwick Buildings provides the option of flexible and competitive finance options in partnership with Pegasus Personal Finance, allowing you to conveniently spread the cost of your garden room.
