We recently did a feature on the 5 smallest garden rooms on the market. One of our finds was a 1.2m x 2.4m QCB2 by Booths Garden Studios. At 1.2m / 4ft deep, we thought it was one of the smallest offices on the market, but we were wrong!
The Booths Garden Studios team have shared with us how they have gone one size smaller still. This amazing little garden room is just 6ft x 3ft or 1.8m wide by 900mm deep. This is definitely the tiniest garden office we have seen!
The fact that the build is on the terrace of a London penthouse is testament to the flexibility of Booths Garden Studios modular construction system.
There is no doubt this is a tiny garden office, but because of the floor to ceiling glazing, it shouldn't feel claustrophobic. Just look at the view the office has over London skyline!
The owners could place a desk at one end of the pod, or they could position a narrow desk over the long windows on the front elevation.
The OCB range is designed to require no maintenance. The doors and windows are easy to clean uPVC while the solid wall sections are clad in Plastisol coated steel. The grey finishes are a perfect match with the grey cladding of the penthouse.
If you are looking for a micro office, the 1.8m x 900mm / 6ft x 3ft QCB by Booths Garden Studios is the smallest one you will find.
