We were excited earlier this year when Smart Modular Buildings launched their Ultra range of garden rooms and offices. We were taken by the amount of detail that had gone into this new contemporary design.
We predicted that the Ultra range would be popular with buyers and this has certainly proved true. Customers are taken with the strong contemporary lines and range of options to personalise the layout and design.
Having seen CGI renders of the Ultra when it was launched we are delighted to share with you these photos of some of the recent builds.

The Ultra range comes in 7 standard sizes from the small Micro design to the 6.4m wide Quinto.
