This garden office building in Muswell Hill was built in collaboration with their clients favoured tradespeople. eDEN's client had a ground worker and plumber that they were used to working with, so the eDEN team dovetailed the project with them.
Future proofed garden office
The 5m x 3m contemporary style building that eDEN Garden Rooms designed is to be a home office with views of the garden. Understanding that a garden room building like this is a long-term investment, eDEN's clients wisely looked to the future and considered how the room might be used in the years to come.

This where eDEN Garden Rooms ability to liaise with other trades, came to the fore. The customer's plumber would be fitting out the shower room, and they worked in conjunction with the ground worker to connect the facilities to the mains water and sewerage connections.
When framing the building, the eDEN team and the plumber liaised to ensure that the necessary pipework was just where it was needed, so that once the structure was complete, the plumber could start the fit out.
Slotted into the end of the garden
As with many London gardens, space was at a premium, so the 5m x 3m garden office fills the end of the garden. The building was constructed under the permitted development rules. Because of its proximity within 1 meter of the boundary fences of the garden. The side and rear walls have been clad in a fire retardant panel, to comply with building regulations.
